PURPOSE: A cover of an easily-checkable water meter protective case is provided to check a water meter easily by natural light and to prevent a water meter from being frozen to burst by stopping a checker with a stopper. CONSTITUTION: The cover of an easily-checkable water meter protective case comprises: a cover of a water meter protective case(1) provided with an end projection(11) with a checker(10) on the middle of a cover body(5) of a water meter protective case, and a projected pipe(12) with a spiral(12a) downward; a reflective trumpet-shaped pipe(14) provided with a spiral(14a) and a reflective plate(15); and a seal trumpet-shaped pipe(16) made with soft materials and provided with a coupling groove(16a).
