PURPOSE: A motor generator is provided to increase efficiency of an energy by reusing a motor power and an industrial power and induce a stable rotation of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor(103) includes a rotary shaft. An electric motor(110) is independently formed at one side of the rotor(103). A motor winding(111) is installed at the electric motor(110). A power generator(120) is independently formed at another side of the rotor(103). A power winding(121) is installed at the power generator(120). A power supply is connected to the motor winding(111) of the electric motor(110). A power fetch section is connected to the power winding(121) of the power generator(120). When a power is supplied to the motor winding(111) of the electric motor(110), the motor winding(111) of the electric motor(110) generates a rotation magnetic field. A rotating force is generated by a mutual operation between the rotation magnetic field and an induced current to rotate the electric motor(110).
