PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing feed for fish in which a grinding and forming process can be performed continuously in a frozen fish chamber is provided. By the apparatus, working efficiency and productivity can be increased and cleaning of the apparatus becomes easy. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder is constructed in the center of a base frame(1), a push button(3) made of a metal is fixed to a rod(2A) and a frozen fish chamber(8) is constructed directly under the press device with a shielding plate(5,6,7). A forming frame(9) perforated with a plurality of holes is fastened to a bent part(6A,7A) of the shielding plate(6,7) placed on the supporting part(10A,10) with a clamping bolt(11). A fish inlet(13) is mounted on the frozen fish chamber and a push button(3) is constructed on the outside wall of an apparatus for producing feeds to be descended to the calculated depth.
