PURPOSE: An acceleration pedal assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a driver generated in front-collision and to improve traveling safety. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration pedal assembly in a vehicle comprises a dash panel mounting bracket(2) combined to fixed link bracket by being arranged on a dash panel(1); a fixed link bracket(3) attached to an upper portion of the dash panel mounting bracket through plural combining bolt(2a); a rotational link bracket(4) rotationally inserted to the fixed link bracket by a combining shaft(3a); an acceleration pedal(5) controlled by a foot of a driver by being mounted on a lower portion of driver's seat; a return spring(6) returning the rotational link bracket by controlling the acceleration pedal; and an acceleration cable(7) opening or closing a throttle valve by operating the acceleration pedal. Thereby, the acceleration pedal assembly in the vehicle prevents damage of the driver generated in front-collision.
