PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed fiber-reinforced resin laminate in which the generation of a void between a surface layer and a core material is prevented, and the core material can be positioned exactly at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of the inlet of an endless, movable molding passage 54 in which at least one surface is formed by an endless belt 52, a long fiber bundle 41 impregnated with an expandable thermosetting resin composition 22 is introduced into the peripheral fringe part of the passage 54 in which the belt 52 is warped protrudingly on the passage 54 side or the fringe parts facing each other, and the core material 14 is supplied to a place enclosed or held by a long fiber bundle 42 impregnated with the composition 22. When the composition 22 is cured in the passage 54, in the vicinity of the inlet of the passage 54, the core material 14 is contacted with the apex part of a part in which the belt 52 is warped, and the resin-impregnated long fiber bundle 42 and the core material 14 are supplied into the passage 54 so that the cross-sectional area of a section surrounded by the warped belt 52 and the core material 14 is approximately equal to that of the resin-impregnated long fiber bundle 42.
