PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate stoppage of a card unit by blocking cables for communication from the card unit to a CR machine from being caught into the body of the CR machine and between outer frames to prevent poor contact or disconnection of the cables during the inspection or adjustment of a pachinko machine (CR machine) for playing made by balls dispensed with a prepaid card. SOLUTION: In the wiring structure of cables 23 for communication between the CR machine 21 whose body 21a opens or closes by half to the outer frame 21b and the card unit 11 adjacent to the CR machine 21, a cable lifting means 11a (11) is provided to lift or lower intermediate parts 23b of the cables 23 responding to increase or decrease in the angle of opening of the body 21a to the outer frame 21b thereby keeping the cables 23 from approaching the body 21a and a clearance between the outer frames 21b during the opening or closing of the body 21a.
