Waste disposal process removes non-biodegradable substances by sedimentation prior to shredding and release of residue for fermentation

A process for waste disposal that produces a fermentable bio-suspension from ingredients by crushing, removal of disruptive substances, and suspension, is new. The ingredients are first dispersed within a flowing bio-suspension followed by removal of heavy disruptive substances by sedimentation. The dispersed biogenic substances are then wet ground and simultaneously released as a suspension. An Independent claim is also included for a commensurate assembly in which biogenic ingredients are introduced by pumping as a bulk solid, fluid or semi-fluid medium dispersed in a flow-channel. For the period in which production is maintained using ingredients containing disruptive substances, the flow-channel maintains a dispersed flow of fermentable bio-suspension materials from which a substantial proportion of the disruptive substance has been removed. The assembly incorporates a prior art shredding/crushing mixer pump.
