The sealing strip (1), for sealing the joints between the threshold element and the posts of a frame in a building structure, comprises a layer (2) of water repellent plastic material, a strip (3) of adhesive material and a layer (4) of sealing material. An Independent claim is also included for a method for sealing a frame structure with use of the proposed sealing strip.
