PURPOSE: An apparatus for indicating a cutting line or a sewing line in a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction of a curtain fabric is provided which makes it possible to perform the precise working of a sewing line and cutting. Sewing and manufacture of a curtain are efficiently carried out, thereby a high quality product is obtained. CONSTITUTION: A roll curtain fabric supporting apparatus(2), a tension controlling apparatus(3), a longitudinal direction cutting apparatus(4), longitudinal direction sewing line indicator(5) and a winding apparatus(6) are successively constructed at a body frame(1) from the front to the rear to form a longitudinal working part, a fabric absorbing and transferring apparatus(7), a curtain fabric absorbing apparatus(8) and a cutting line and sewing line indicating apparatus(9) are successively constructed to form a transverse direction working part.
