PURPOSE: An exclusive control system is provided to eliminate overlapping the procedures of a job scheduling, a system state monitoring or a real time determination of system dynamics corresponding to a sequential function chart, an IEC rule so that it can prevent a scheduler load from getting increased according as the job steps get increased. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an engineering station(100), an operation station(200) and a processor(300). The engineering station(100) includes an SFC(Sequential Function Chart) construction software for constructing and editing SFC program codes, and a builder for connecting terminals of I/O board. The operation station(200) includes a mimic construction software for graphically displaying control states. The processor(300) includes an I/O board and an I/O sensor for collecting data and outputting control signals, and a CPU board for controlling the I/O board and executing an SFC analysis program, an SFC drive program and a communication program. The controlling process includes steps of determining a sensor and a driver, and the kind and the number of corresponding I/O board, registering a name of each point and related I/O board terminal number at the builder of the engineering station(100), displaying the control state, enabling the user to input data, constructing a control program, compiling the program, generating final download codes, setting a download mode at the CPU board, transmitting control codes and I/O data to the CPU board by using a builder program, setting an execution mode at the CPU board and rebooting the CPU board, enabling the CPU board to translate the control codes and to control the I/O operation according to the control codes while reading or writing data at the I/O terminals, transmitting control states to the mimic program, receiving the data from the user, and controlling a target system.
