PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain dustproof spectacles which allow the use of a dustproof section in an open state in spite of the degradation in the stability of the dustproof section. SOLUTION: When temples 4 are opened in using the housed dustproof spectacles, the dustproof section 2 held bent inward by means of detaining parts 2a for loosely enclosing the temples 4 can be opened to the original state. Even if the stability of the dustproof section 2 is degraded by resting the spectacles in the folded state for a long period of time, the dustproof section 2 is pulled back by the detaining parts 2a and is restored to the usable state by the detaining parts 2a when the temples 4 are opened.
