PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which can be used with a state fitting an user's figure and without stirring up the dust. SOLUTION: An expansion and contraction structure is formed along from a handle at hand to inside an extending pipe, which controls the expansion and contraction movement of the extending pipe. This vacuum cleaner is an exhaust circulation system in which a length of the extending pipe can be regulated voluntarily by this expansion and contraction structure with an operation of the handle at hand.
