PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect control device for flying insect pests, which can efficiently control a wide range of the flying insect pests having various characteristics in a wide range, is highly convenient and can well maintain environment hygiene. SOLUTION: In this composite trap for controlling the flying insect pests, an electric shock insect-killing section and a water basin insect-killing section which have two attracting means a light trap and an attracting agent and are combined with preferable traps, respectively, are formed, and the water basin insect-killing section is disposed under the electric shock insect-killing section. Further, the water basin container is freely detachably constituted, and the trapping liquid is colored and the container is made of a transparent member.
