PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule for treating pet urination, capable of providing a good solidified state by the urination of a pet, being economical because the amount consumed for the waste treatment by one time is small, having high combustibility, and capable of being treated by flushing the granule at a toilet or the like. SOLUTION: This cellulose ether for the granule for treating the pet urination is characterized by >=80,000 Pa.s viscosity of 2 wt.% aqueous solution thereof, measured at 20 deg.C by Ubbelohde viscometer No.5 defined in JIS K2283-1933.
