<p>This invention includes a sampling frequency conversion circuit (1) for converting the sampling frequency of an input signal, a delay adjustment circuit (2) for adjusting the phases of the signal whose sampling frequency is converted and the remaining input signal and outputting the resultant signals, and a switching circuit (3) for selecting one signal from a plurality of output signals from the delay adjustment circuit in accordance with a control signal.
