PURPOSE: A device for opening or closing a glass of a vehicle having a middle gate is provided to conveniently open or close the glass by extension force of an extension pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening or closing a glass in a vehicle comprises a middle gate combined to a side portion of an indoor; a glass(120) combined to a side portion of a roof(6) through a hinge(122) by being mounted on an upper portion of the middle gate; a locker(130) mounted on a lower portion of the glass; a fixing groove formed on an upper portion of the middle gate; an extension member(140) supporting the glass upward by rotating with the glass; a guide long hole formed on a first body; a locking groove mounted in the middle of the guide long hole; and a second body combined to the first body. Thereby, the device for opening or closing the glass in the vehicle conveniently opens or closes the glass by extension force of the extension pipe.
