<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rational sewage treatment technique enabling the treatment corresponding to the quality of sewage in the treatment of sewage using a carrier. SOLUTION: In a carrier fluidizing biological filter tank 10, a carrier packed region 20 is demarcated into first and second carrier packed parts 21 and 22 different in volume by a partition wall 17. When sewage to be treated having a high BOD value is treated, the position of the partition wall 17 is set so as to increase the volume of a biological treatment region to increase the stagnation time of sewage to be treated in an air diffusion region and the sewage to be treated having a high BOD value is suitably treated. When sewage to be treated much in SS content is treated, the position of the partition wall 17 is set so as to increase the volume of a filter region to increase a region for filtering matter to be treated such as SS or the like and sewage to be treated much in SS content is suitably treated.</p> |
