摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the grinding efficiency of an air current grinder. SOLUTION: A classifier 3 is installed in the internal classification zone of a grinding tank 2 and a grinding zone is used as a grinding chamber 7. A jet air current is generated in the grinding chamber 7 by injecting compressed air into the grinding chamber 7 from a compressor 10 through a jet nozzle 8, and as a result, the particles of a material to be processed loaded in the grinding chamber 7 are subjected to mutual collision, clashing from behind and grinding among themselves under the effect of the jet air current. Further, the resisting force of the air current lessens by setting the interior of the grinding chamber 7 at a negative pressure or increasing the temperature of the grinding chamber 7 and thus the probability that the particles of the material to be processed may enter into the jet air current is high. Consequently, the grinding efficiency is enhanced and the grinding capacity is increased.
