PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping and wiring device for transfer equipment which is safe and noiseless and further by which the maintenance labor can be reduced. SOLUTION: Wiring ducts 51 are arranged along a feed bar 16 and wiring cables in the wiring ducts 51 are connected from piping and wiring boxes 52 of respective movable bases 14 to movable side connecting instruments, and the wiring cables in the wiring ducts 51 are connected to fixed side connecting instruments through a base side cable bear 55 (registered trademark) allowing the feeding movement of the feed bar 16.
