PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower vase in which a flower does not fall down even if it is inserted at any angle and even beginners can devote flower arranging. SOLUTION: This is a flower vase fixed or fitted up so as to get on and off by forming at intervals an upper control board which ahs a plurality of windows and nets and a lower control board which has a plurality of windows and hollows.
