PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-cost artificial fishing bank almost without using an additional resource. SOLUTION: Used concrete poles 1 are supported horizontally in the same direction by circumferential members 5a, 6a, 5b and 6b of rectangular frame members 2a and 2b which are mutually opposingly arranged so that a square tubular contour opened in the horizontal direction is made to form an artificial fishing bank. Consequently the artificial fishing bank can be installed inexpensively almost without using an additional resource as a material for fishing banks.
