PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic flowerpot containable compactly by easily folding when lying out of use and being in such a form as to be stable and steady even if placed indoors without spoiling the soft image of a foliage plant or the like. SOLUTION: This pneumatic flowerpot is composed of an approximately square bottom part 1 as a laminate of flexible synthetic resin sheets and side parts 2 communicating with the respective sides of the bottom part 1; wherein the bottom part 1 and the side parts 2 are each formed in a bag shape as a continuous air chamber 5 to be filled with air, part of which is provided with air cocks 4, there is provided a planar portion 3 at the center of the bottom part 1 that is not to contain air, respective both sides of the side parts 2 are provided with side rims 6 communicating with the four corners of the bottom part 1, and the side rims 6 adjacent to each other of the neighboring side parts 2 are unitedly stuck on each other through a line 61 reaching to the corner 15 of the bottom part 1.
