The circuit has filters for a transmission system with mixed frequency division duplex/time division duplex or FDD/TDD operation and filters for a transmission system with pure FDD or pure TDD operation. The individual filters are connected to a common antenna via at least one switching element selected from HF switches, duplexers and diplexers. Independent claims are also included for the following: use of the circuit in a third generation mobile device and use in a mobile terminal that can be operated in a system of the second and third generations.
