PURPOSE: A corporate credit card management system and method is provided to share billing statement information of a corporate credit card among an accountant, a card user and a credit card company for efficiently managing a usage of the corporate credit card. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a corporate credit card user terminal(110), a corporate credit card manager terminal(120), an accountant terminal(130), a corporate credit card management server(140), a credit card company server(150), a network(160), an employee management server(170) and an accounting process server(180). The corporate credit card user terminal(110) enables the corporate credit card user to request information on a billing statement, and to write an invoice for the billing statement based on the information. The corporate credit card manager terminal(120) enables the manager to request information on the corporate credit card to be issued and to manage the information. The accountant terminal(130) enables the accountant to request information on the invoice and to make a payment for the invoice. The corporate credit card management server(140) receives requests from the terminals(110, 120, 130), collects the requested information and transmits the collected information to each terminal(110, 120, 130). The credit card company server(150) offers the billing statement to the corporate credit card management server(140). The employee management server(170) offers information on the corporate credit card user, i.e. a division transfer of the card user or a new card user. The accounting process server(180) processes a payment or an accounting job in connection with the corporate credit card management server(140).
