PURPOSE: A device for opening and shutting glass of the middle gate for a vehicle is provided to easily open and shut glass of the middle gate and to prevent water from dropping by settling the glass on the settling plate. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and shutting glass of the middle gate for a vehicle is composed of a middle gate(110) combined to a side of the inside of a vehicle, glass(120) arranged to the upper side of the middle gate and connected to a side of the roof(6) with hinges(122) so as to be open toward outdoor of the vehicle, a locker(130) installed to the upper side of the middle gate so as to be fixed to a fitting groove formed to the lower side of the glass, and a setting plate(140) built in the inside of the roof and settling the glass horizontally. The settling plate is composed of a multi-stage body and an elastic hook(142) is installed at the end to elastically settle the glass.
