PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet, with which a pattern or the like is transferred by one process to an object and an unevenness can be given to the object, and the matter to be transferred. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet composed of a peelable protective layer 12, a printing layer 13 and a bonding layer 14 is produced to be transferred to a base material layer 11, on one side of which a fine unevenness is formed, resulting in simultaneously realizing the transferring of the pattern to and the roughening of the surface of the matter to be transferred. |
