PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for medical treatment with which hemostatic treatment may be effectively and easily carried out. SOLUTION: This hemostatic instrument is designed to prevent the electric leakage into blood or cleaning liquid in the event of hemorrhage by insulating treatment and to effectively provide the hemostasis by coagulation deformity to the tissue at the hemorrhage point even in a submerged state. The hemostatic treatment is possible in liquid, by which a water injecting mechanism for cleaning in treating is provided. |
