PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocked product which can materialize high designability and apparent smoothness while keeping excellent touch. SOLUTION: An uneven part 15 having recessed parts 16 the depth D of which is 20-200μm, preferably 50-150μm, more preferably 80-100μm is formed on the surface of a base material 12. An adhesive is applied on the surface of the base material 12 to form an adhesive layer 13. Before the adhesive is cured, for example, a down member 14 comprising short polyamide fibers is flocked so that most of the down member 14 is extended vertically to a standard surface B passing through an intermediate position in the depth D direction of each recessed part 16 by using an electrostatic spray gun.
