PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing device which can be satisfactorily applied to a portable toilet, and with which a positive orderless treatment to an odor from a defecated object is carried out, and a usable portable toilet with the same with which a positive orderless treatment to an odor from a defecated object in a toilet bucket is carried out. SOLUTION: This deodorizing device includes an ozone generating body 35, an ozone decomposing catalyst 37, and a fan 29 in a case 28, ozone O generated from the ozone generating body 35 is supplied to a toilet bucket 19 accommodated removably in a portable toilet body 4 by the fan 29 to carry out the inside orderless treatment, while the air G in the toilet bucket 19, to which the orderless treatment has been carried out, is sucked by the fan 29, and the sucked air G is made to pass through the ozone decomposing catalyst 37.
