The rotation angle ( alpha ) of the front wheel or front axle (2) of the swivel axis (19) can be variously adjusted relative the fixer screw (13) joined to the treadboard by swiveling a fixer collar (6) as holed (10) for the front axle (2). The collar has a concave or convex contact surface (9) as complemented by the contact surface of the screw, possibly using toothed engagement surfaces on collar and screw. The rotation angle ( alpha ) can be arrested as adjusted, possibly assisted by a stop radiating from the collar to engage an opening in the fixer (13) contact surface.
