The module has an injector driven by a pressure fluid acting as a propellant device for a flow directed at the work piece and a heat exchanger, formed as a module cover. The module cover may be ribbed and may be made of a heat-conducting material, e.g. aluminium, copper, or an alloy of one of these, and be temperature-controlled.
