PURPOSE: A non magnetic one component type toner composition having good fluidity and electrification ability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure the smooth supply of toner, and to prevent the deterioration of picture quality and the contamination of a primary charge roller. CONSTITUTION: The non magnetic one component type toner composition having good fluidity and electrification ability consists of toner particles composed of conclusion resin of 100 parts by weight, a coloring agent of 1 to 20 parts by weight, and an electrification adjustor of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight; hydrophobic silica with specific surface area of a range of 20 to 80m¬2/g; hydrophobic silica with specific surface area of a range of 130 to 230m¬2/g; and metal oxides fine powder.
