PURPOSE: An oil cooler for a vehicle is provided to obtain the easiness in assembling and producing the cooler and to maintain the stable assembling condition even when the thickness of the outer tube is small. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler for a vehicle is composed of a cylindrical inner tube(2), a cooling pin(6) abutting on the inner surface of the inner tube(2), an outer tube(10) having an inlet(12) and an outlet(14) for introducing and discharging oil respectively, and an inlet pipe(20) and an outlet pipe(30) assembled to the inlet and outlet of the outer tube, respectively. The outer tube(10) surrounds the cooling pins(6), and is connected to both sides of the inner tube(2). The cutting portion is formed in the entire length of the outer tube. The cutting portion is welded to an abutting protrusion, which is formed by bending both edges of the outer tube.
