PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a position for withdrawing the coil from a reeler of wire rod coil is provided to smoothly carry out coiling and withdrawing operations of the wire rod coil by accurately leading a withdrawing arm of a withdrawing machine into a withdrawing implement of a correction plate during withdrawing of the wire rod coil. CONSTITUTION: In a correction plate(24) of a reeler that is ascended or descended along a mandrel in which a wire rod is coiled on the inner side of a drum(26) rotationally driven by a motor, and that withdraws a wire rod coil coiled as a withdrawing arm of the withdrawing machine is being inserted, the apparatus for adjusting a position for withdrawing the coil from the reeler of wire rod coil comprises sensor members(40) which sense a position of a withdrawing implement(24a) of the correction plate(24) along the upper circumference of the drum(26) and are electrically connected through a control part(C) so as to control the motor(12); permanent magnets(50) which are mounted on the inner part of both sides of the withdrawing implement(24a) of the correction plate(24); and electromagnets(60) which are mounted on the upper side of the sensor members(40) along the upper circumference of the drum(26) and adjust a position of the withdrawing implement(24a) of the correction plate(24) through magnetic force together with the permanent magnets(50).
