PURPOSE: A device for opening or closing a middle gate door glass and a middle gate of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a middle gate door glass in travelling the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening or closing a middle gate door glass comprises plural first hinge members(10) rotationally combining a lower portion of a middle gate to a floor panel(5) of an indoor in a vehicle; plural second hinge members(20) rotationally combining an upper portion of a middle gate door glass to a roof panel(6); a door weather strip member(30) maintaining tightness between the middle gate and the middle gate door glass; plural middle gate handles(40) removably combining the lower portion of the middle gate to an upper portion of the middle gate door glass; a handle fixing member(50) maintaining opening state of the middle gate door glass; and a first combining bracket(11) combined to the lower portion of the middle gate through a first combining member(11a).
