PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a cable integrated pipe and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity and reduce building cost and maintenance duration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a cable integrated pipe comprises a crosshead die(70) and a forming unit(80). The crosshead die(70) molds synthetic resin from a pressing unit to a pipe(100), inserts a cable(58) through the pipe(100), and ejects the cable inserted pipe from its ejecting mouth(75). The forming unit(80) cools and calcined the cable inserted pipe(100) from the ejecting mouth(75). The crosshead die(70) includes an inner die having a through hole(76) for accepting the cable(58), a receiving mouth for receiving the synthetic resin, an outer die for molding the synthetic resin with the inner die to the pipe(100), and a fixing unit(74) for fixing the inner die to inside of the outer die.
