THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION AND POWDER FOR SLUSH MOLDING, AND SKIN FORMED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition and powder for slush molding, and a skin formed by using the composition or the powder are provided, to improve the compatibility and the melt flowability of the composition and the powder and to enhance the transparency and the appearance of the skin. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin; and 20-500 parts by weight of a hydrogenated block copolymer which has at least one polymer block A having a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer unit as a main component and at least one polymer block B a hydrogenated butadiene monomer unit as a main component. The polymer block B has a hydrogenation degree of 90% or more; the content of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon is 5-25 wt.% of in the hydrogenated block copolymer; the polymer block B before hydrogenation has 62 mol% or more of 1,2-bonds on average. The composition has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 10 g/10 min or more at 230 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kgf.
