PURPOSE: A colored lamp enclosing globe for an interior lighting is provided to manufacture the lamp enclosing globe with a thin glass of 2 - 3 mm, save manufacture cost and readily install by baking material mixed with paint. CONSTITUTION: A colored lamp enclosing globe for an interior lighting comprises an outer glass surface(2) and an inner glass surface(2'). The inner glass surface(2') faces a lamp(4) and is colored with paint(3). As the paint(3), transcription paint, used for typical ceramic ware and mixed with a color by 2 to 3 degrees, is mixed with inorganic adhesive. The inorganic adhesive is formed by mixing Ba 49%, insolubility 0.2%, Na2O 15%, SiO2 35% and Fe2O3 0.8%. The mixture ratio of the inorganic adhesive to the transcription paint is 1:1. The mixture is baked with the glass(1) at 570°C so that the lamp enclosing globe is colored with a desired color efficiently and simply and the thickness of the lamp enclosing globe becomes 2 - 3 mm rather than 5 - 7 mm. |
