PURPOSE: Provided is a shoe with a charging private electric generator formed which generates power by elevating a magnet with walking or uses power through an outlet in a shoe sole so that it helps to charge portable electric devices easily. CONSTITUTION: The shoe with a charging private electric generator formed comprises the parts of: the private electric generator(10) which includes a working space(11) to be formed between an upper sole(S1) and a lower sole(S2), a magnet(12) to move vertically as the upper sole is transformed and a conductive metallic coil(13) to generate electromotive force through the displacement of the magnet; the electric outlet which is placed at the shoe sole and exposed outward; and a converter which is placed and electrically connected between the electric outlet and the metallic coil to convert AC power into DC.
