PURPOSE: A preparation method of soil improver is provided to shorten drying time and fix volatile fertilizer components(ammonia, urea) for more efficient organic fertilization by converting wastes into phosphates, and adding activated white clay, dolomite and unslaked lime. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing waste organics with a solution of HPO3 and K2SO4 mixed in a ratio of 2:1 to convert wastes into phosphates resulting in prevention of volatile components, such as ammonia, urea, etc.; adding 25-45wt.%(based on the total amount) of activated white clay, dolomite and unslaked lime(CaO), which reacts with water contained in waste organics to generate heat(130-160deg.C). Accordingly, the heat evaporates water and decreases drying time, which results in high preparation efficiency of soil improver. |
