PURPOSE: An air clutch for controlling power is provided to prevent the waste of power by surely transmitting power via a gear formed on a frictional face. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(37) has an air inlet(37a) through which compressed air is supplied. With the compressed air, a driven shaft clutch disk(34) is pressurized. The driven shaft clutch disk moves forward along a sliding portion(2) formed on a spline(10). The driven shaft clutch disk is engaged with a gear(23) of a drive shaft clutch disk(21). Thus, the power of a drive shaft clutch(20) is transmitted to a driven shaft clutch(30). To cut off power, the air supplied to the cylinder is isolated.
