PRECAST LIGHTWEIGHT FIREPROOF CONCRETE COMPOSITE REINFORCED PANEL AND REINFORCING METHOD OF STRUCTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A precast lightweight fireproof concrete composite reinforced panel is provided to cope with various harmful surroundings, which drop off in reinforcing efficiency, and to protect a structure by securing excellent heat-resistance and adiabatic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The precast lightweight fireproof concrete composite reinforced panel(100) comprises: a precast lightweight fireproof concrete panel(110) composed of a lightweight fireproof concrete layer formed by mixing cement, inorganic porous lightweight aggregate and water, an organic fiber sheet piled in the lightweight fireproof concrete layer in one layer or several layers and formed by impregnating micro cement and fine powder of the inorganic porous lightweight aggregate, and a soluble cement or polymer cement or polymer resinous layer included to the lightweight fireproof concrete layer as an impregnation instrument of the panel reinforcing inorganic fiber sheet whenever the inorganic fiber sheet is layered, and formed by curing naturally and compulsively in order; and a structure reinforcing instrument adhered to the surface of the precast lightweight fireproof concrete panel(110) to couple and composed of penetration primer(122) applied on the precast lightweight fireproof concrete panel(110), thermosetting resin(123) applied on the surface of the penetration primer(122), and an inorganic reinforced fiber sheet(120) impregnated with the thermosetting resin(123) and adhered by cutting in the same size as the precast lightweight fireproof concrete panel(110) or projected/adhered by cutting in larger size than the precast lightweight fireproof concrete panel.
