Fat emulsions

Fat emulsions containing 2-phenoxyaniline derivatives represented by the general formula (1) wherein R<1> is hydrogen or lower alkoxy; R<2> is halogeno or nitro; and R<3> is hydrogen or halogeno. The fat emulsions make it possible to deliver a satisfactory amount of the derivatives (1) to target tissues of the heart or brain without causing pain or damaging blood vessels, sites of injection, or the like.
