KNIFE FOR CUTTING

摘要

PURPOSE: A body heat of user is transferred to the knife through a heat exchanging medium in the knife, thereby making cutting frozen food such as butter easily. CONSTITUTION: A knife for cutting is composed of a handle(11) and a blade(12) extended from the handle. A plurality of capillary tube(14) is formed inside of the knife. A heat exchanging medium is filled in the capillary tube mixed with air and liquid. The body temperature of the user is transferred to the heat exchanging medium through the handle.
