PURPOSE: A water tank-type tidal power generating apparatus is provided to reduce the construction cost and time, and generate energy without the separate energy after constructing the power generating facility. CONSTITUTION: A large water tank(10) floats on the sea with a constant height using fixtures such as fixing wires(80). An air storing space(20) is formed in the bottom of the water tank(10). A reservoir(30) is formed in the upper portion of the water tank(10). The reservoir(30) has a plurality of water paths(40). A generator(50) is installed on one side of the water paths(40) so that the generator is operated using seawater entering the plurality of water paths(40) due to the height variation of the sea level between the flood and ebb tide. A water amount control plate(60) is installed in the upper portion of the plurality of water paths(40). A subsidiary power generating facility(70) is installed in the air storing space(20). Thereby, the tidal power generation is realized in the water tank(10). |
