PURPOSE: A tension adjuster of a tension pulley is provided to prevent breakage of equipments, and to increase the productivity by correcting meandering of the belt automatically through the tension pulley with rotating the turning base in driving a motor. CONSTITUTION: A tension adjuster for a tension pulley is composed of limit switches(19-1,19-2) installed on a rail(25) by supporting bars and contacted to a belt; a driving unit(33) having a motor(22) connected to the limit switches, and a pinion gear(12) connected to the motor by bevel gears; and a turning base(9) turning around a shaft supported by a supporting plate(2), and having a rack gear(8) engaged with the pinion gear. Meandering of the belt is corrected by moving the tension pulley with rotating the turning base in driving the motor.
