PURPOSE: A method for managing the data between a transmission equipment and a management system is provided to easily prepare or correct a program by standardizing programs for management and operation control and operation control data in a regular format and using these standardized programs and data in case that operation control is required. CONSTITUTION: In case that the modification or control of an operation state is necessary(S100), an operator inputs a standardized DDL(Data Description Language) script file to a management system(S110). The management system makes out the table of the DDL script file(S120,S130), reads a relevant standardized program from an associated database, creates a C-language operation program, and writes and stores it in a memory(S140). As the operator adds operation information to the C-language operation program, the management system makes out an NEI(Network Equipment Interface) file and stores it in the memory(S150). Transmitting the NEI to a transmission equipment, the management system controls and confirms the transmission equipment using the transmitted NEI(S160). The management system judges whether it has to continuously manage the transmission equipment(S170).
