PURPOSE: A method for preventing a data transmission error in a synchronous circuit distribution apparatus is provided to inspect whether data of all the frames constituting a multi frame is received while whether an error occurs in a transmitted data is inspected, by inspecting the number of the frames, information and an error state of the transmitted data caused by a cyclic redundancy check process while using F2 byte not used in overhead data. CONSTITUTION: The number of frames of the multi frame transmitted through the synchronous circuit distribution apparatus is counted. The cyclic redundancy check process is performed regarding every data of the multi frame transmitted from the synchronous circuit distribution, and every data of the multi frame is transmitted. The counted number of frames of the multi frame and the value of the cyclic redundancy check process are written in an overhead of the next multi frame. If data of the multi frame to transmit exits, the abovementioned process is repeated. If not, the process is finished.
