ULTRA DMA BACKPLANE BOARD CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING HOT-PLUG

PURPOSE: An ultra DMA(direct memory access) backplane board capable of supporting a hot-plug is provided to transmit data at high speed by interfacing all sorts of signals of an IDE disk with a system, and by excluding interference between devices capable of sharing power supply. CONSTITUTION: A 40 pin input connector(10) is connected to an IDE(Integrated Device Electronics) hard disk. An 80-pin disk connector(12) is connected to a motherboard of a system. In addition, the 80 pin disk connector(12) inputs/outputs all sorts of signals. The 80-pin disk connector(12) is combined with an 80-pin conductor cable. The first and the second power voltage are provided to the hard disk through the disk connector(12) and an input connector(10). 8 pins in the disk connector(12) are allocated for interfacing the first and the second power voltage.
