PURPOSE: A system and method for transmitting multi-stage publicity mails is provided to increase the effectiveness of an advertisement by returning a part of profits to recommenders in case that users continuously publicize or purchase a specific article in a publicity mail system, thereby leading the recommenders to publicize or purchase articles. CONSTITUTION: If a user is recommended by a recommender, specific codes of the user and the recommender are generated. The recommender receives e-mail addresses of users who will recommend a specific article of a publicity mail system. In addition, the recommender generates the recommender's specific code and a profit division code according to the specific code of the article. The recommender transmits publicity mails for specific articles including the profit division code to the e-mail addresses of the users. In case that the users confirm the contents of the mails, information on the confirmation of the mail is stored. A series of recommenders corresponded to the users who confirmed the mails are extracted according to the division code. The part of the profits is respectively provided to the recommenders.
